 Saturna Island – Shop The Dock

On Friday June 21st, from 10am – 2pm. Local vendors will be onsite to share some of Saturna’s finest artisan offerings.

Orca Walk – with Parks Canada interpreter Athena George. This one hour walk and interpretive presentation will take place at East Point’s “Whale Trail”, one of BC’s premier terrestrial whale watching sites.  Times TBD, stay tuned!

Saturna Saturday Market

Where: The market takes place in the General Store parking lot

When: Each Saturday, from approximately 10:00am – 1:00pm 

What’s so special about this market? Something for everyone: Preserves, organic local produce, books, gifts, crafts, artwork, wondrous creations and more located in the parking lot at the Saturna General Store. 

  • The Point Store, conveniently located next to Lyall Harbour dock, will be serving up specialty coffees, baked goods and ice cram for hungry Tour Des Iles passengers all weekend! The Point Store also sells a lovely selection of local products including local soap, pottery and SGI clothing. Special for Tour Des Iles – 1 scoop regular ice cream cones are “buy one, get one free” when you mention you are participating in the Festival.  
  • Saturna Free Store and Recycling Centre will be open on Saturday, June 22nd from 10am-12pm.

Ocean River Sports, conveniently located at Lyall Harbour dock, will be open for kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals all weekend. 

Saturna Cycle, conveniently located next to Lyall Harbour dock, will be open for bicycle rentals all weekend.  Any 1/2 day bicycle rental will be $10.  

Saturna Cafe, located at the Saturna General Store.

 

Thomson Park Disc Golf Course is free to play, and will be open all weekend. 

The Saturna Heritage Centre at East Point will be open Saturday, June 22nd and Sunday, June 23rd from 10am-4pm. 

The Jack Campbell Gallery / Boot Cove Books across from Saturna General Store, will be open for visitors interested in local art, books and artisan products.
